The hotel is spacious and clean with a good restaurant, I had a perfectly pleasant stay. The breakfast offered was excellent and satisfactory. Booked a room with a really large bathroom. The most important was the staff - amicable and excellent people.

It's NICELY PRESENTED cheap hotel with nice staff. A train station is walk from the property, central location. The place to have dinner at a short distance from the hotel is Chiroru. When I am in Yamagata, I like staying here.

Quiet hotel, everything was wonderful. The location was favourable and stunning, for example, Bunshokan Local History Museum was at a short distance from the venue. Moreover, it's very close to the train station and restaurants, department store, and convenient store and the center. In the restaurant they served Western cuisine dishes.

Excellent and exceptionally comfortable place with efficient staff and stunning location right in front of the main gondola that takes you to the top of Mount Zao. Good service, parking on site. The efficient check-in process too.
